Pamela Pearson-Fuller was born and raised in Monticello. She has a strong background in Agriculture, Mining and Economic Development.

Pam graduated from MHS, then attended LCCC in Cheyenne and USU in Blanding. Her work experience includes working on ranches, on farms, and in assay labs. Taking a position in San Juan County Economic Development and Tourism office was a game changer for Pam, giving her a different look at the area she loves. She developed a passion for economic development as she worked to develop the BEAR (Business Expansion and Retention) Team to help businesses.

She has been active in community projects as far back as she can remember and has most recently served by volunteering with the San Juan ATV Safari, and the Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as a founding board member and continues to support revitalization efforts.

Pam is passionate about strengthening Monticello through strategic planning, proactive development, and teamwork. She believes her diversified background helps her in connecting the right resources to the right people and building a strong foundation for future generations.

Pam enjoys gardening, raising animals on her family farm, kayaking, riding ATVs, and spending time with her grandchildren in her free time.
