My name is Tanner Holt, and I’m a lifelong resident of Monticello. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our community. After graduating from Monticello High School, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics, a Master of Accountancy degree with an emphasis in Taxation, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Utah University. I began my career with an international accounting firm before choosing to return home to live and work in the place I love.

I manage safety compliance, quality control, and daily operations at Sonderegger, Inc., where I work closely with infrastructure, business, and regulatory issues. These experiences prepared me to bring practical, informed solutions to the challenges facing our city.

I believe it is important for younger members of our community to take an active role in shaping Monticello’s future. My priorities are supporting responsible growth, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring Monticello remains a great place to live, work, and raise families for generations to come. Most importantly, I’m here to listen to residents, address concerns, and represent your voice on the City Council.
