When you arrive to set up your booth, the location of your booth will be indicated by a number. Set up at your designated number.
We will not allow anyone to sign up during the week of the 24th celebration. All booths must be registered by July 19, 2025. No exceptions.
Refunds are available only if you cancel at least two weeks before the event.
San Juan County Health Department
Food booths must adhere to the San Juan County Health Department guidelines, including obtaining a food handler's permit. This applies to anyone who cooks or prepares food on site.
Please ensure that you obtain your county temporary permit and provide a copy to Monticello City. This process can take up to a couple of weeks, so please plan accordingly.

All set-up is at the risk of the booth owner. No security is provided. Any damage caused by your booth is your responsibility.
- Sales tax is the responsibility of the booth
- Booths are not insured by Monticello City
- Food Booths are liable for any damages
