The candidate filing period begins Thursday, June 1, 2023, and ends at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, June 7, 2023. A declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination Petition must be filed in person, or by a designated agent if the candidate is out of the state during the entire filing period, with the Monticello City Recorder at 17 N 100 E, Monticello, Utah, between the office hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Thursday -Wednesday. General Election: November 21, 2023
