Sanitation starts the garbage route at 7 am. There are several reasons your trash can may not have been picked up. 1) Your trash can/dumpster was blocked by a vehicle or too much snow 2) It wasn't out by 7 am 3) You had items in your trash can that are not permitted, and the lid would not close completely 4) It was not in the designated spot for pick up.  Please refer to the Sanitation page for what is and is not permitted in the trash can. Offical Website of Monticello, Utah - SANITATION (evogov.com)
